You might have heard him from "Where the Cash at?" several years ago but since then Curren$y has been on his grind. Leaving Cash Money/Young Money Records he has released 6 Mixtapes with album material.He was picked by XXL magazine as one of the ten Freshmen of 09' class of hip-hop. After shopping around for record deals Curren$y has decided to go independent and release his debut album "This Aint No Mixtape"
Earlier this month Curren$y sat down with HipHopGame to talk about his latest project where he got into the his past with Lil' Wayne, the production of his album done by Monsta Beatz, and Fly Society his moment.
